Customer pays all shipping and handling costs. All merchandise purchased through Maryland Sound International Holding Company, LLC is to be shipped insured via UPS, a qualified freight shipper, or via a prepaid insured method from the buyer. We will charge your card for shipping after we receive the shipping invoice from the shipping company. Most items will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order. Shipping time will be determined by the buyer’s location and chosen shipping method. If the buyer needs their merchandise quickly, expedited shipments may be requested. Please give date needed and rush shipping authorization if you need rush shipping.
International shipping:
International shipping may be very expensive and all costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please remember, along with freight, there may be duties, customs, fees, taxes, packing charges, handling charges and delays. It is strongly recommended that you have an account with an international shipping service for the best prices and assistance with the customs processes. Please inspect the merchandise upon arrival. Buyer must file damage claims immediately to the shipping service. Keep all shipping materials for claim. Please notify Maryland Sound International Holding Company, LLC to report any damage from shipping or otherwise. Do not sign for damaged shipments. Tell the delivery person you see damage upon delivery .
Returns:
MSI guarantees that all equipment is functioning as described upon leaving our warehouse. All used equipment items are sold as is. Manufacturer’s warranty will apply for all new equipment items. Buyer has 48 hours to inspect the shipment after receipt. If there are problems, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. If the buyer chooses to return the merchandise within the given 48 hours, the buyer must pay for return shipping.
All returns must be packed well and freight (insured) is the responsibility/liability of the buyer.
